The point is the govt. just wanted to threaten the ISPs a bit and they succeded about business ... clinical and efficient. And again, the govt. asked the ISPs to ban only a few sites. But since geocities uses a 'slash' to differentiate between users "geocities.com/ganesh" it is impossible to ban a single id, without banning all of it. And as for blocking specific blogspots, the ISPs werent properly equiped. So there. Its the ISPs and not the govt.
